INBOUND PHONE SURVEYS
Triton offers the capability to conduct both live and automated inbound surveys. Inbound surveys can be utilized in a number of different ways. Typically participants are provided a phone number to call in to complete the survey.
A common use of inbound surveys is for businesses to solicit feedback from customers or employees. One of Triton’s regular customers (a Fortune 500 business with 5,000 employees) conducts a mandatory company-wide employee survey utilizing out inbound automated survey system.
