Moranda O’Dell
Moranda O’Dell has been a cornerstone of Triton Polling and Research since 2016, bringing her expertise and dedication to the forefront of the company’s operations. Currently serving as the Operations Manager of the in-house call center as well as assisting in the technical department, Moranda’s role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of polling and research activities.
Her journey with the company began as an interviewer, where her exceptional skills and dedication quickly propelled her to the role of Assistant Manager. Her ability to streamline processes and lead teams with efficiency led to her promotion as the Operations Manager of Triton Polling and Research.
Initially managing the call center in La Pine, Oregon, Moranda’s expertise and leadership were evident. Today, she oversees a remote team spanning the country, showcasing her remarkable ability to adapt and manage diverse teams across different locations.
Outside of her professional achievements, Moranda is a devoted wife and mother of three, and has a deep love for animals, reflecting her nurturing and compassionate nature. Her commitment to her family and passion for animal welfare complement her professional responsibilities, making her a well-rounded and valued member of the Triton team.
